Manager
Helen Pugh
Helen has been our Manager here at Prime Time for over 15 years and previous to us worked as a Nursery Supervisor and as a Nanny. Helen is also our DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) working alongside other professionals to keep children safe and their families supported. Most of you will know Helen as a main point of contact. Helen enjoys the theatre, ancestry and the tudors, visiting castles and grand homes and reading lots of books.

Deputy Manager
Johanna Monks
Jo is our Deputy Manager and has worked at Prime Time for many years. She is also our Deputy Safeguarding Lead. Jo works every session at Prime Time and will be a familiar face to you all im sure! In her spare time she enjoys walking, bird watching, all things Disney and the theatre.

Ellie Holdcroft
Ellie has worked with us for 8 years and when she’s not with us she is a Deputy Manager for a pre school in the Poole area. Previous to this she was a supply Primary years teacher. In her spare time she loves being crafty and banger car racing!

Jo Retallack
Jo joined us just before the summer. She lives locally and is a mum to 3 children.

Sally Brookes
Sally has worked at Prime Time for many years and was a regular presence with us particularly on Fridays! However, recently she retired but has stayed with us as a supply cover member of staff, helping out mainly when Helen or Jo are absent so you may still see her around! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her young grandchildren, her lovely cats Belle and Simba, cinema trips and baking ( she makes delicious cakes) !

Hayley Kennedy
Hayley has been with us for 2 years and has a wealth of experience working for many years in nurseries and as a nanny as well as in hotel childcare services. In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her lovely pet dog and spending time with her family exploring new places.

HOLIDAY CLUB ASSISTANT
Julie Lee
Julie has worked with us for many years as a supply cover and holiday club assistant, all the way back to when the Middle School was running. She enjoys walking her Cockapoo, Molly and spends some of her weekends dancing with her friends to Disco, Soul & Motown music. She works as her main job as a Senior Teaching Assistant/ELSA at Sandford St. Martin’s Primary School with Year 6 pupils.

Tina Smith
Tina used to work here as Deputy Manager before leaving some years ago to spend more time on new projects. However, she has always remained as a supply cover to help when we are short staffed. Tina enjoys dog walks, sailing, is very clever at artwork and enjoys time with her family including her little grandchildren.

Libby Chalmers
Libby is a mum of 2 and works term time at Poole College with much older children. She enjoys sailing !

Anna Philips
Some of you know Anna from her teaching bike clubs in schools until recently. She is now working at helping children with sailing and outdoor activities. If we are in need of supply cover Anna can sometimes support us on a Monday!

Linda Monks
Linda’s was a Teaching Assistant at Wareham St Mary Primary School and was working in the reception class for many years before her retirement a few years ago. She helps us when we are short staffed and she is also Jo’s mum! Here she is enjoying a day out at Harry Potter World, linda loves reading, the theatre and family time!
Playworker Assistant
Ellie Grant
Ellie G joined us only in June and is with us as a playworker assistant for just 1 year as part of the wraparound childcare scheme. Ellie is completely new to childcare but has some wonderful skills to enhance our provision. She is a skilled artist and has illustrated some published children’s books. She also enjoys artist swimming, theatre and cinema lover and is part of a writing club.
Trustees
Prime Time Kids Club has a board of Trustees who help manage and support the running of the club. All parents are invited to become members of Prime Time and are then able to be nominated as a Trustee. Trustees are vital to the running of the club as they employ the staff and undertake areas such as finance, fundraising and management.
