Prime Time Kids Club has a board of Trustees who help manage and support the running of the club. All parents are invited to become members of Prime Time and are then able to be nominated as a Trustee. Trustees are vital to the running of the club as they employ the staff and undertake areas such as finance, fundraising and management.

Prime Time Kids Club is a charitable company run by elected trustees who must run the charity according to a set of rules called Articles, you can download a copy here. As a charity we have to produce a set of accounts every year which is independently examined by a qualified person with no link to the charity and an annual report .
